“Yes” English Language Center was founded in 1980 by Mrs Evangelia Makaleka, an English language and literature graduate with honours from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

All these years, we are dedicated to offering high quality education to our students leading them to success in worldwide recognized exams.

We follow a unique system of work giving detailed attention to all the factors that influence a school:

METHODOLOGY & TEACHING BOOKS

• » We use books written by well-known writers after lots of research.
  
• » We supplement with photocopies and stuff we prepare ourselves according to our students’ needs.
  
• » We use modern technology (video, internet, multimedia, etc) to enrich our teaching, thus providing a new world of knowledge for our students.
  

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Our excellent organization enables us to pay attention to each one of the students and their progress. We also ensure that the parents are informed about this through:

• • parents' meetings,
• • students' assessment cards (on all skills)
• • personal meetings of the students, parents, teachers and the director of studies, when necessary.

WORLDWIDE RECOGNISED EXAMS

We take part in world-wide recognized exams (Cambridge – ESOL, Michigan, KPG, etc.) starting from A1 up to C2 level of the "Common European Framework".

We pay particular attention to:

• 1. the content of the exams
  
• 2. the way they are delivered in Greece
  
• 3. their validity on a world-wide basis.
